The UDW User Interface design is deliberately simple and easy to use, featuring bold colors and user-friendly on-screen controls to produce a data-rich environment that enables providers to explore real-time and historical biometric data in depth, revealing patterns that would not be apparent under normal Virtual or Office visits. With the ability to “Pull” data from the patient with minimal effort on the patient’s part and to “Push” data from provider to patient 24/7/365, the UDW system enables more effective communication, monitoring and feedback leading to better patient outcomes across the board.
In addition to fully supporting non-critical interactions such as routine virtual and in-office exams/visits, the UDW system also offers “Just-In-Time Adaptive Intervention” capabilities dealing more effectively with critical clinical and behavioral events. Using both sensor and digital data to display dozens of selectable clinical and behavioral markers, UDW can detect and report a wide range of critical events and conditions affecting patient health such as medication levels, alcohol consumption, diabetes or obesity dietary relapse, the use of legal and illegal drugs, and other potentially critical and potentially life-threatening situations, conditions or events that would not otherwise be accessible to providers and clinicians.

The UDW platform will lower costs for both providers and patients, provide better real-time and historical tracking of chronic and acute health issues, and create measurably better outcomes by providing a data-rich environment that enables the provider to more effectively detect meaningful patterns and events in patient data. The UDW platform creates a data-rich decision making ecosystem serving diverse virtual and in-office healthcare applications from Primary Care to Alcoholism treatment, and from Obesity self-management to Diabetes self-awareness therapy.
Nancy is a moderately obese 53 year-old Diabetic with hypertension and sleep disorder co-morbidities. She is being monitored for breast cancer based on family history, and her Primary Care Physician is also coordinating Nancy’s care through the UDW interface with her Nephrologist, Pulmonologist, and Cardiologist. This Provider Ecosystem is being served by Nancy’s UDW Watch and the UDW physician interface at a total cost of $50/month which will be fully paid by the insurer.
Full Data Confidentiality
The data retrieved from the watch will be fully encrypted and de-identified and will meet all state and federal guidelines for privacy including HIPAA and FDA. Ultimate Data Watch will store the data securely offline can make it available to researchers worldwide under appropriate restrictions and safeguards. Because these data streams along with self-reports are both sensitive and difficult to fully anonymize, they are not placed in a publicly-accessible repository. We will make data available to outside researchers in accordance with terms agreed to by participants.
